The Thrive State

For high achievers with demanding schedules who want to prioritise their energy, wellbeing and long-term capacity.

Does this sound familiar?

  • You wake up tired - even after a full night’s sleep
  • Your energy drops unpredictably throughout the day
  • Your weight or body composition has shifted
  • Your digestion feels off, uncomfortable, unreliable
  • You feel mentally stretched, reactive, constantly “on”
  • Your cognitive clarity - where did that go?

Perhaps most concerning:

You can feel your capacity narrowing.

Not just physically, but mentally and emotionally.

You’re still functioning.
Still showing up.
Still holding everything together.

But it’s taking more out of you than it should. And you know this isn’t sustainable.

Here’s the thing:

Your current predicament is not because of a lack of discipline - but because your physiology may no longer support the demand.

Over time, sustained pressure without adequate support begins to alter how the body functions.

This is not subjective.

It is measurable.

Long sedentary working hours are associated with increased risk of cardiovascular and metabolic disease

05.

Sleep restriction impairs glucose regulation and reduces insulin sensitivity within days

01.

What the data tells us…
Burnout is linked to measurable declines in cognitive performance.

02.

03.

04.

Chronic stress disrupts the body’s regulatory systems - impacting energy, metabolism, and resilience
Ongoing physiological stress is associated with accelerated biological ageing

In simple terms:

The way you’ve been operating works - until it doesn’t.
And without intervention - it continues to decline.

It becomes the factor that determines:
  • How clearly you think
  • How consistently you perform
  • How much you can carry

Hi! I’m Yianna Tsakirios, Your Practitioner

If you’re navigating the demands of work life, parenthood and / or everything in between. I see you, because I am you.

It’s why this work matters. It’s why I want to help.

Through my professional experience, I have observed how these pressures can significantly impact physical health, mental well-being, and overall vitality. These insights, combined with many years of training in the health & wellbeing space (food scientist, clinically trained nutritionist, personal trainer & health coach) inspired me to develop a personalised, evidence-based solution to help you prioritise your health without compromising your responsibilities or sanity!

The Thrive State is designed to support what’s been lost and strengthen what’s been depleted.

Frequently Asked Questions

I’ve tried all the diets. What is different about the food plan that I will receive? +

As a Certified Metabolic Balance Coach, what I offer isn’t a diet. This is a personalised food program that takes into account your health history, symptoms, food allergies and intolerances, as well as your biochemistry. No two MB plans are alike.

Also, because I am a clinically trained nutritionist, the MB plan you receive is a starting point. We work in partnership throughout this 3-month period, monitoring your progress, assessing your pathology (and the results of any functional testing you undertake with me) and we tweak your plan accordingly.

If required, nutritional supplementation and lifestyle adjustments are also factored in. This is not a ‘set and forget’ proposition, and this is definitely not just about nutrition. We work to address all the pieces of your health puzzle.

Can men do this program? +

Yes… and in many cases, they’re the ones who need it most.

In a previous life, I worked in the corporate world in a highly male-dominated industry and I saw first-hand what happens when men neglect their health. They push through, prioritise work, and ignore the early signs until it starts to impact their energy, performance, and ultimately their careers and family life.

This approach provides a clear, structured way to address that, supporting your energy, metabolic health, and capacity before it becomes a bigger problem. It’s a focused 3-month, high-engagement process designed to support you every step of the way, not add to your mental load, and to give you a clear, sustainable plan that you can carry forward long-term.

What about children? +

A Metabolic Balance Plan can be produced for children as young as 8 years old. If you think a food plan may be appropriate for your child, book at the link provided. Let’s chat.

Are there any contraindications for joining the Metabolic Balance program? +

The Metabolic Balance program is not suitable for everyone. Contraindications include pregnancy, breastfeeding, severe liver or renal (kidney) impairment and vegan diets.

Anyone with an active eating disorder will not be accepted into this program. Individuals with specific medical conditions should always seek personalised advice from their medical practitioner prior to making major dietary changes.

Can you provide support remotely? +

Yes. The program is delivered both in-person and via telehealth. Body composition assessments are only available in person, a nice-to-have, but not a necessity.

If you elect to undertake this program remotely, you will not pay for the body composition analyses.

Is additional functional testing required? +

Not always. It may be recommended based on your individual presentation and health history, and always with consideration to your budget and health goals.

Testing can be useful in order to streamline the direction of your prescription and if we know what we are treating, oftentimes this can translate to quicker, more effective results.

Are supplements included? +

They are prescribed where appropriate through a reputable online practitioner-only dispensary.

You will have access to order the supplements I prescribe, and the flexibility to have these delivered to your address of choice. The cost of any supplements prescribed are in addition to the program cost.

How is this different from other nutrition and health coaching programs? +

This is not a generalised nutrition-only program. It is a personalised, clinically guided approach that is designed to address multiple aspects influencing your health, not just the food you eat.

Targeted clinical support, plus the ‘practitioner-in-your-pocket’ messaging service, is specifically designed for individuals with complex demands and a limited capacity for trial and error.
