Hi, I’m Yianna Tsakirios.

How did I end up in the health & nutrition space?

Growing up, I faced my own health challenges, and it wasn’t surprising when my two eldest children experienced similar issues. We were often described as the “canaries in the coalmine”—sensitive to everything, with symptoms that seemed to have no clear cause.

Optimal health felt out of reach, and navigating the healthcare system left me feeling dismissed, unheard, and powerless. As a new mum, it was an isolating and disheartening experience.

One day, I decided to take back control. I became my own health advocate, diving into research, questioning conventional approaches, and exploring evidence-based solutions. I discovered that true health isn’t about masking symptoms or following generic advice - it’s about understanding your body’s unique needs and making intentional, sustainable changes.

This journey led me to study as a health coach and fitness professional, and later, to complete two university degrees in nutrition science and clinical nutrition. Along the way, I learned the power of personalised nutrition and lifestyle strategies, and the incredible potential of the human body when supported with the right tools.

Today, my mission is to help others break free from the cycle of overwhelm and frustration. I understand how it feels to be doing everything “right” but not see the results you deserve. With the right guidance and strategies, I believe optimal health and vitality are within reach.

My approach is simple: no quick fixes, no one-size-fits-all solutions - just real, sustainable change tailored to your unique needs. I create a safe, non-judgmental space where you’ll feel heard, valued, and empowered to take control of your health.
