Raise Them Up™

From playing the waiting game to supporting your child’s unique health potential.

A 3-month personalised program for kids struggling with sleep, focus or development - we provide nutrition and lifestyle support so they can have every opportunity to thrive in school and in life.

Your child isn't broken.
Their wings just got clipped.

But just like a bird, when we nurture our sensitive, vulnerable children with the right support, they can learn how to soar again.
Too often, we medicate for these conditions and stop there.

Yes, medicines can be lifesaving and play an important role in healthcare, but it’s equally important to address the foundations of good health - sound nutrition and a healthy lifestyle.
are all significantly shaped by modifiable factors*.

*Modifiable factors are the behaviours and conditions that are in your control - some examples include what you put on your plate, how you move your body, and how much sleep you get each night.

This matters because the most common health challenges our kids face today - asthma, ADHD, anxiety, sleep struggles, constipation, eczema, obesity, and more…

The big emotions, poor sleep, trouble focusing, constant illness? These are not random symptoms — they're signals. Signals that your child's health foundations are under stress from diet, lifestyle, and environmental factors.

A major study of nearly 500,000 people found that genetics only explain 2% of poor health outcomes and a shorter lifespan.

So many parents tell me:
“Our family has X or Y condition… it makes sense my child will too.”

Yes, genetics matter. But research shows something more powerful - we can influence many of our genes, switching them on or off through diet, lifestyle, and environment.

The rest is shaped by our daily choices.

To give children every opportunity to thrive at school, at home and in life

To help parents address the modifiable factors that may be impacting their child’s wellbeing

My mission is simple:

That's why I created Raise Them Up™

A 3-month personalised program for kids struggling with sleep, focus or development.

Hi, I’m Yianna Tsakirios

Before I trained in the healthcare space, I was a mum who found herself questioning the “wait and see” and “they’ll grow out of it” approach.

I quickly realised there’s actually a lot we can [and should!] be doing for our health, everyday.

It’s why I’ve trained in all things health [nutrition, exercise, functional testing, health coaching and low tox living to name a few], so I can do everything I can to support children and their families experience the very best of health, on their terms.

I combine clinical assessment, functional testing, therapeutic nutrition and lifestyle coaching - so families can stop guessing and support their child’s health with clarity and confidence.
